Wednesday WOW...mini pouch holder

I was so excited when I got a cute little pouch holder with a bone folder that had my name on it from Sandi Flowers.  And so I had to take down the dimensions and try my hand at it.  Last Wednesday,  I had a Stampin' Up and Tupperware BINGO at my house and we gave these to all our participants.  The folded paper inside has a list of 25 ways you can use a citrus peeler.

I cut the fruit stand designer series paper at 9 3/4" X 2,"  Score at 31/2." I corner rounded all the corners with the Project Life corner rounder.    And about 15" of mossy meadow stitched satin ribbon wrapped around twice and tied in a sweet little bow!

Map it for You Mondays with a CAS(E) this Sketch...

One of my favorite sketch blogs...CAS(E) this Sketch has a FAB sketch this week!
And I just had to use it to make my card for my post today.

As soon as I saw it, I thought of my cloud dies in the Lift Me Up Bundle from the Occasions catalog and the Carried Away DSP that is part of SALEABRATION.  I haven't given any of it away that I have earned! I might be hoarding it!!! I will miss it when it is gone!

Here's my card that I created using the sketch...

Love the simple sketches at CAS(E) this Sketch that makes such a great card in no time at all! I used the Carried Away Designer Series Paper, and the Lift Me Up Bundle.  The whisper white card base was cut at 41/4 and scored at 51/2.  I cut 3 large clouds, 1 medium cloud a heart and a stamped air balloon in night of navy from the thinlit dies.  I used stampin dimensionals on the medium cloud and the hot air balloon.  I topped it off with the washi tape from the playful palette collection and rounded the bottom right hand corner of the whisper white.   The greeting was stamped in tuxedo black memento ink using the Lift Me Up stamp set.

Wednesday WOW with avant garden!!!

I am so excited about today's post! I made 5 cards with Avant Garden SaleABration set and stayed with the same sketch, but changed the colors up, the ribbons and the greetings! So so easy and yet so versatile! Beyond thrilled with the results! I hope you will be too!!!!

Card #1
This one I used peekaboo peach, flirty flamingo and emerald envy classic ink pads.  I used the avant garden stamp set and beautiful you stamp set! I also used watercolor wonder ribbon to top it off.  The card base is whisper white cut at 4X10 1/2" and scored at 51/4", flirty flamingo is cut at 51/2 X41/4.

Card #2
I used night of navy, flirty flamingo and crumb cake along with tuxedo black memento ink.  I also used the Beautiful You stamp set and Avant Garden stamp set and topped it off with the watermelon wonder ribbon.  Dimensions for this card are 4X101/2 whisper white, scored at 51/4 and flirty flamingo cut at 41/4X51/2.

Card #3
I think this might be my favorite! I used blushing bride, watermelon wonder and crumb cake classic ink pads along with the tuxedo black memento ink.  I only used Avant garden stamp set and topped it off again with the watermelon wonder ribbon.  Dimensions are 4X101/2" and scored at 51/4" for whisper white.  Blushing bride is cut at 41/4X51/2.  You can see this one I just moved whisper white over to the right edge for a different look.

Card #4
Ink pads I used for this one are flirty flamingo, emerald envy and crumb cake.  I only used Avant Garden stamp pad on this card also.  Emerald envy layer is cut at 41/4X51/2 and whisper white layer is cut at 4 X101/2 and scored at 51/4.  I topped it off with the emerald envy ribbon.

Card #5
And last, but not least....the all green one for St. Patrick's Day....kind of how this all started!!! I used mint macaron, crumb cake and emerald envy with only the Avant Garden stamp set.  I stamped the greeting in tuxedo black memento ink and topped the card with the emerald envy ribbon.   Emerald envy layer is cut at 41/4X51/2 and whisper white layer is cut at 4 X101/2 and scored at 51/4.

Here are the supplies I used....

two for tuesday!

Stella reared her ugly head today in Pennsylvania.  I spent several hours outside shoveling! Ugh!
And I already know I have a 2 hour delay to start with tomorrow! So, I thought I would post tonight too! Hope that's OK! I am thrilled to see my view count.  Today wasn't as high as yesterday, but almost...just a little under 1,000 views! I am humbled and honored even though no one comments! :)
This past weekend I spent the whole entire weekend making cards and these two beauties that I am going to share with you were part of my stack I completed on Sunday morning!

I happened upon this sweet little sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch! and as I was thinking...in my head I thought... well...if I do this with designer series paper...I need to cut 2 at the same time and I might as well make 2 cards with my cuts! Hopefully, my directions will make sense because it really is a simple card to put together.

I made this one first...
I cut a piece of crumb cake at 41/4X 11 and scored at 51/2.  I did ink the card up a bit with crumb cake classic ink pad.  I took 2 pieces of tasty treats designer series paper and cut them at 41/4X51/2.  You will want to make sure the way you want to lay the papers on the card the designs are both facing up.  Then, I laid them on my cutter diagonally just kind of eyeballing and comparing it to the sketch.  After that, I carefully made 2 more cuts again looking at the sketch to help me to see where I should cut.  Then, I placed the larger piece of paper on my card front first and attached it.  After that it was easy to place the smaller pieces.  Next, I cut out 5 sweet from the sweet cupcake thinlit dies using the tasty treats designer series paper, stacked and glued them together.  Then I stamped hope it was from the sweet cupcake stamp set on whisper white cardstock, cut them a part and placed the sweet and hope it was on the diagonal of the card.  Finally, I wrapped the black baker's twine around the top of the card and tied it in a bow.

And the partner card...
I did the same exact thing for this card but used soft sky cardstock and soft sky classic ink pad!
I also used tasty treats designer series paper to cut out the word sweet on both of the cards.

Here's the supplies I used to make the cards...

Map it For You Monday.... 2 cards for you to "Muse" over!

I guess I should warn you....this is a long post!!!!
Thank you so much for all the views of my post from yesterday! Oh my yikes! I had over a 1,000 views on my blog yesterday!  I was completely honored!
This week's card I put together tonight when I got home because I wanted to participate in the Muse Card Club Challenge again.Although I did the muse card from last week ...I forgot to post it and didn't have enough time to get it blogged this morning! I have always enjoyed looking at a card, taking some form of inspiration from it and making it my own.  Maybe that's why I like the Muse Card Club Challenge so much ! So...you don't always need a sketch to get your mojo going....you can use someone else's card to get your creative juices flowing!

Here's my card for this week...
I used peekaboo peach cardstock cut at 41/4" by 11 and scored at 51/2".  Then I dry embossed it with the softly falling embossing envelope.  I cut the carousel paper at 3X4 and corner rounded the bottom right edge.  I cut the square behind it at 31/2X31/2.  I cut the peekaboo scallop at 2" and the whisper white circle at 11/2."  I stamped in tuxedo black memento ink using the happy birthday stamp in the avant garden saleabration set.  I also used washi tape from the paper palette and about 15" of solid white baker's twine.

It was based off of Tracey McNeely's card here....
I got my inspiration from the sketch itself and the softer colors.

Here's the Stampin' Up! Supplies I used to make my Happy Birthday card...

The other card I am sharing with you is from last week's Muse Challenge with  Anita Bowden.
Again...  I used the sketch of her card and the flowers that were in her card to make it my own.

And here's my card....
I cut the soft sky at 414 X11" and scored it at 51/2".  I cut the whisper white at 4X51/4".  The succulent garden designer series paper is cut at 31/2X31/2 and corner rounded.  Punched out a 1" circle from succulent garden designer series paper and stamped thinking of you from feather together photopolymer stamp set.
Here's the Stampin' Up! Supplies I used to make thinking of you card....
