Hope Ur Havin A Sunny Day...

Over at If You Give A Crafter A Cookie Challenge Blog we need a little summer after all this cold weather and snow! So...here was our inspiration! I think it's so neat that it is a cookie!!!  A special thanks to our sponsor this week...Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps for our great digital stamps and the prize she has offered up!
Hope you'll play along with us and find your creative juices with the sand between your toes.
You have until March 11 to link up!

So, here's what I came up with...
supplies: paper and embellishments-splash (echo park) and white cs (paper studio); ink- Y19 (beach ball), E00 (skin), BG10 (diaper and hat), R43 (dots on cheeks), C1 (shading in beach ball) ...copics; stamp: beach ball bobby (Robyn's Fetish digital stamps)

Here's a close up...
I  have to say this is forcing me to use my copics and it truly is ...
the more you practice...
the better you get!

I used the sketch over at The Paper Players for some inspiration!

This week the challenge is…

Thanks for stopping by today!
Have a great day!

Happy Birthday...

supplies: papers-white cs (paper studio); ink-tuxedo black (memento ink); stamps-birthday builders (amuse studio); accessories- washi tape (amuse studio and walmart),  happy die cut (studio calico) and flowers (sassafrass lass)

And a close up...
I die cut the happy 4 times out of the white cs and used wide shipping tape on the back of my card.  I put a white cs happy in first and then I placed all the "guts" in.  It really made it easy to have that wide tape down and to be able to push on something to get it to stick.  Then I used my quickie glue pen to adhere the rest of the white cs and the washi tape "happy" word.  I am really pleased with how it turned out!

As I was watching the Oscars, I came across the Colour Me Challenge and became inspired.

I am also entering the Seize the Birthday card challenge Anything Goes.

And CAS on Sunday Chevrons Challenge

Thanks for stopping by today!

Get Well Soon...

A close up...
I stitched around the circle and also around the outside.  When I was at Michaels on Saturday I saw this whole line of denim, so I thought I would make it look "denimy" and still be inspired by the Muse Card by Marion Vagg over at Muse Card Challenge.
I was inspired by her use of blue and white and also the "sketch."
Thanks for the inspiration!!!

And over at CASology it is all about Monochromatic...

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Here's a close up...
I looked on-line at some "real" pandas and colored her in.  She became a her because I smeared some pink on her head.  I really like the added hair accessory though! I think it's cute.  I got this image FREE from Sami Stamps on her facebook page....maybe you should go sign up!:)

Here's a close up of the bow...
I just put a little bit of quickie glue from my pinpoint roller on the back of the bow and attached.

I am entering into this challenge....
I have been eyeing this one up all week.  The reason why I put take ten in my title is because I've tried to reproduce Taheerah's card several different ways and they all ended up in the trash.  I finally settled on this and am buying some neon embossable powders for the future...lol!
Thanks for the challenge sweets!!!

Hope you are having a great day!
Happy creating!!!

Making Spirits Bright

supplies: paper- bundled up (crate paper), black cs (recollections),  A2 kraft card (recollections); die cuts- winter frolic (cricut provocraft); accessories- black and white baker's twine (the twinery).

It's been awhile since I've used my Cricut Expression machine.  Sometimes I don't think I use it enough to really benefit from it or appreciate it. Actually, I know that's the case!

Here I added the scallop border to the side and then used that to attach the baker's twine.

This shows how I left the border on the 6X6 pattern paper and then added some scallops.

I am entering this into the Merry Monday Christmas Challenge Blog.
